Abstract
Enclosed is a catalog of the Stenzel collection for D. E. Vance. Relander details his past interactions with Stenzel and also gives information on Quigley. He also sends a simulated feather fan. Relander lets Vance know that he's let the Grant County PUD know about Vance's work, but warns that art displays might not happen at the Wanapum Dam Tourist Center for awhile. He closes with updates on the dedication plans.
