dc.description.abstract"In preparing the new vouchers, it has been decided to divide them into three (3) forms, numbered 1, 2, and 3....Form one to be used for all occasional issues....Form two to is to be used for the general or annual issue of annuity goods..." Form 3 is for "the weekly issues of subsistence, and will only be furnished to those Agencies where such issues are made."
