dc.description.abstract"Turkey dressing won't lack for seasoning this Thanksgiving. Cecil Clark and his partner, E. C. Price, in the Yakima valley, Washington, are harvesting a crop of commercial sage to compare with the 1943 production, when they grossed $7,000 from a single acre. This year and last they planted 25 acres to sage on the Roza Division of the Yakima Reclamation project, producing in 1943, 94,000 pounds of their favorite seasoning. They irrigate, as shown in the picture, by means of check risers from an underground pipeline." Two black and white photographs are also included.en_US
