Abstract

Relander is sorry to have missed Mrs. Cornelison, recipient, while visiting where she lives. He is sending her a copy of the Yakima Treaty Centennial booklet and a circular for Drummers and Dreamers, with the question of if there is a bookstore in Pendleton that might stock it. He cannot give her a copy of it, but might trade it for a book of hers that he might be interested in. Relander tells her his planned book tour stops. Relander then suggests a book of her fathers, autographed by the author and with photographs of Indians, that he quite liked that he would be willing to trade for a copy of Drummers and Dreamers "and signing it over to you as a friend who helped me much with my research."
