dc.description.abstract"Robert S. Morgan, one of the pioneers of this valley died early Monday morning from a complication of disorders, a wound sustained in the Civil War being a contributing cause. Mr. Morgan was born 62 years ago in Philadelphia. At the outbreak of the war he was living in Illinois but enlisted in a Missouri regiment and served three years. He was in the battle of Missionary Ridge and Corinth."en_US
