Information given to Lew Garbutt, of the Yakima Chamber of Commerce, on the Yakima Treaty Centennial, after Relander realized it "is in reality a very comprehensive handbook of the Yakima Reservation, how it operates etc. This should be of more than ordinary interest to chamber members."
