Response to Dr. Douglas Osborne, with the Department of Anthropology at UW, letting him know the PUD men are saying Osborne's delayed field trip to the islands on the Columbia will have to be delayed, due to weather conditions. Relander suggests he get in Kenneth Crow, with Grant County PUD, to schedule a trip. If weather works out, he will be there, as well. Relander hasn't written about the Wakemap mound until Osborne's situation clarifies, to prevent more rock hounds. See REO-001-12-005 for the corresponding letter, sent to Crow.en_US
