Abstract
"To expedite arranging or distributing them for your best purpose, I am not specifying how they should be accumulated. I am sending in separate lots, with separate covers, however, the various rolls (each individually) May I at this time request if I am expected to file a nominal time report for gathering, scanning etc. I assure you it would be nominal to the extreme in view of time required to transcribe, etc. But your ethnologists, attorneys etc. who have viewed microfilm, know what a slow process this is."
