"I deduce that reference to this material being available at the Yakima Agency was made to the Claims Commission. I was somewhat surprised and asked the superintendent if he could do that and he said he was compelled to. But I assume you have encountered this situation before, and I know you realize this information, that this material was available at the Yakima Agency, originated in Washington at some hearing or discussion of the case."
