Abstract
"The address of the PUD was included since he wished to write and determine the water level of the proposed dam. I added to the letter a suggestion of having the Wanapums indicate areas they would consider removal to, as letter shows. I will, however, explain to these people that this is NOT the reason for the engineer's visit and for them NOT to build false hopes."
