Abstract
"Our tax paying farmers are losing thousands of dollars worth of corn and grain to feed the pheasants which are turned loose by the Indian Agency. While they reap the profits from increased hunting license fees. If they get more money to buy this land, it will be paid for by you the taxpayers, like the thousands spent to build a longhouse and all the rest."
