Abstract
Two letters regarding an appointment with the Grand Coulee's Third Powerhouse. First letter: Relander warns Walter Graham, with Walter Graham, Associates, in confidence, that he should establish contact with Commissioner Floyd Dominy. He discusses his worry that an East Coast consultant will be hired, instead. Second letter: Relander gets in contact with the attorney actually selected for the position, Kenneth W. Brooks to let him know that Relander believes he has "capabilities which would permit me to carry out some assignment of consequence in line with the thinking for this part of the Grand Coulee expansion."
