Abstract
Relander writes Alex Saluskin about the research he's done for Saluskin's speech. The research covers the selection of the Fort Simcoe site, Chief Meninick's speech before the Supreme Court, and the way the Indians have been made to defend what is there. He also discusses a "story to be written" and asks for $400 for Relander to research and acquire rare books, leaving $1,750 for publication.
