Abstract
After having his material go missing, Relander writes Robert Jim, secretary of the Yakima Tribal Council to ask for it returned if it makes its way to him. Having worded it as a car prowl in another letter, in this one he says "I'm thinking if it was discarded by someone who apparently removed things from my car...." He also discusses work they've been doing together.
