Abstract
After receiving a request to purchase a copy of the Yakima Treaty Centennial Booklet, Relander writes back Edwin Haines Burgess, to request his help with researching Lieutenant James J. Archer, since Burgess lives in Baltimore, where Archer is from. Relander sends him a free copy of the booklet.
