Two letters sent to Chapin Foster, director of The State Historical Society, on the same date. The first is Relander's attempt to clarify an action regarding the Alcorn painting for the Chief Joseph Dam vista house. The second one is questions Relander is asking on behalf of the Adams County Historical Society, before he presents a speech for them.
