Abstract
Letter sent to Congressman Thor Tollefson about the construction permit for the dam at Priest Rapids. Specifically Article 42 of the permit, which Relander doesn't understand the purpose of. He also asks for congressional relief legislation for the five remaining Wanapum. Relander alludes to a change in leadership within the Yakimas, which would create a change in their policy as it relates to state affairs. He requests a meeting in person.
