Abstract
Response to a request for Wilbur reports on the Indians at White Swan received from Richard E. Abel with Champoeg Press. Relander spends time giving the different options of what the sender could have meant by that. Information given on what happened to agency records. Relander directs him toward something his library has, and sends two typescripts. Another request is too large for Relander to fulfill. He gives information on Wilbur, and directs him towards an article about Wilbur that The Oregon Historical Quarterly wrote, and mentions that he writes about him in Drummers and Dreamers. He ends by again asking for clarification about what Abel is really looking for.
