Abstract
Response to Della Urquhart, director of the Department of Licenses, on Johnny Tomalawash's behalf regarding a case. Tomalawash is saying that part of the charges against him aren't correct, which Relander plans on checking, but is sure is the case. If it is, indeed, the case, Relander would like the Department to apologize to Tomalawash for his embarrassment. If it is not the case, Relander will see that his license is returned.
