Letter sent to Kenneth J. Crow, of PUD, about a field trip to islands in the river with Dr. Douglas Osborne. This trip is contingent upon Crow transporting them. Relander suggests that the trip proceed, even if Relander can't participate, due to the possible benefit for both Crow and Osborne. See REO-011-12-006 for corresponding letter sent to Osborne.
