dc.description.abstract"Last Saturday a band of fine beeves went down the river being the first which have been shipped since the flood of the Columbia. They were owned by Mr. Schott and Charles Schutz. One steer weighed 2,108 pounds on the foot. They came from Rock creek and we are informed that there is plenty more of the same sort left in that locality."en_US
