dc.description.abstract"Parties from the Wallowa Valley disposed of 1,500 pounds of salt red fish during the week. These red fish are taken in large quantities in the Wallowa Lake during the first 10 days of August. They tell us about taking 20 barrels of red fish with one haul of a 150-foot seine. The fish found a ready sale at a bit a pound."en_US
