Abstract
Brooks, Sunderland, Baker and Christensen rushed to Olympia to save already vetoed road bill. Governor said "Satus road was in a locality where no one was living" and would only make it easier for people to leave the state. Finally, after a tussle, Governor reconsidered and passed the road bill. Best if local papers tone down criticism of the Governor for now.
