West, member of the Yakima County Welfare Advisory board, and prominent business man, was invited to inspect several Farm Family labor camps of the Farm Security Administration, similar to the project proposed for Yakima Valley. To present an impartial picture of how these camps are helping to meet the problems of migratory workers' families and drouth refugees forced into seasonal agricultural employment, West's report to the welfare board is reproduced herewith."en_US
