Abstract
Biographical information is given on Kibbe. "Prof. Kibbe was elected to the Board of Curators of the Washington State Historical Society in 1950 and served until his death. This Board never has had a more conscientious or devoted member. He rarely attended a meeting of the Board without bringing something to deposit in the Library, the phase of the Society's work holding his special interest."
