dc.description.abstract"I have the honor to request the privilege of purchasing twelve plows for the use of the Indians of the Agency. Increased work in the blacksmith shop, repairing wagons and plows and doing the work required at the mills with the shoeing of horses and mules belonging to the Department and Indians and the inconvenience of making a good plow and polishing it for use here with the increased demand for plows prompts me to make the above request."en_US
