dc.description.abstract"Indian Commissioner Barge and W. W. Fish of Elmira, N. Y., who has been in Yakima for some time looking after his heavy realty interests here, are reported to have leased a large body of fine reservation land in the vicinity of Simcoe station, which they propose to break up and sow in the spring to wheat and alfalfa. The land leased, the most of which is still in the sagebrush, is of exceedingly good quality and is under the ditch built for the Indians during the administration of Judge Erwin some four years ago."en_US
