dc.description.abstract"The past year has been in some respects an unusually hard one for the Indian people." Many fatal cases of measles, and whooping cough, sometimes together. Description of how the "wild Indians" treated themselves. The number of Indian dead compared to whites was a hard lesson for the Indians. Request for a better supply of medicines.
