dc.description.abstract	"Mr. Mel Wagner of M. L. Wagner Roofing Co. was present and stated that the roof on the showroom has been in need of repair for a long time. The roof on the garage section is in much better condition but is not completely sound. He stated that the showroom has three roofs on it with approximately 30 cracks in the top roof. The garage has at least three cracks in it."	en_US
