dc.description.abstract"December 31 has been set as the date when the citizens of Zillah will vote upon the question of incorporation. Upon the same date the people will elect their first mayor and five members of the council, there being question of the approval of the incorporation. R. D. Herod of Zillah, who was in the city this morning with his wife days it was quite generally conceded that E. J. Jaeger should be elected mayor. He is the oldest prominent citizen of the community and has been a leader in pressing to a conclusion the movement for the incorporation."en_US
