Rosellini, Governor of the State of Washington, for and in behalf of the People of said State do appoint and Commission him as a member of the Governor's Advisory Council on the State of Washington's Observance of the Civil War Centennial for the term ending at the pleasure of the Governor To have and to hold the said office, with all the rights and emoluments thereto legally pertaining, until his successor shall be duly appointed and qualified to office."en_US
