dc.description.abstract"When I come to Visalia the business District was confined to two and a half blocks on Main Street, Garden Street to the center of the block between Court and Locust Streets. There were no paved sidewalks or streets, there were a few businesses scattered about on Court and Church Streets off Main St, a lumberyard where the Elks Building now stands."en_US
