dc.description.abstract"On Friday last the county commissioners, as foreshadowed by The Herald, appointed I. P. Englehart prosecuting attorney to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Glenn Dudley (ill) Mr. Englehart was supported by Commissioners Nelson Rich and Joseph Stephenson: Commissioner Kandle favoring J. A. Rochford, it being held that Mr. Rochford was eligible owing to there having been a lapse of 15 days after the expiration of his second term and the time when the office was again vacant. Mr. Englehart qualified and entered upon the discharge of his duties the same day."en_US
