Dr. Marsh of England, once repeated the following lines to Lord Roden, telling him that thy were composed by his old schoolmaster Dr. Valpy, as his confession of faith. Lord Roden requested Dr. Marsh to write them down, and he fastened the paper over the mantelpiece in his study. 'In peace let me resign my breath, And thy salvation see; My sins deserve eternal death, But Jesus died for me."en_US
