dc.description.abstract"The establishing of a clearing house here goes to show that North Yakima is growing. That more money is coming here every year and that it will not be long before we are on the same footing as Spokane and a large number of the cities in this part of the state. The clearing house will be opened at 11:30 every morning and any member that is tardy will be fined for that offense."en_US
