dc.description.abstract"We here at the Mission are leading our efforts toward the movement for saving Celilo Falls for the Indians, by writing to the leaders in the different denominations, through the National Council of Churches of Christ of America, We do hope the government can be convinced that it is wrong to break a treaty, and especially to do it in the way this was done, without any consultation with the Indians before the actual work on the dam was started. It wasn't fair to do it that way."en_US
