dc.description.abstract"Ranchers are finding an inconvenient situation in North Yakima as a result of the street and sidewalk improvements there being few places in the business district where horses can be hitched when driven to the city. As North Yakima depends on the ranchers trade for its support to a vast extend, some provision should be made for hitching racks and for rings in the concrete sidewalks that the visitors can tie their horses and not be forced to leave rigs several blocks from the trading places."en_US
