dc.description.abstract	"The city administrator is deserving of much praise for the manner in which they are improving the appearance of the city this year. A number of new sidewalks have been built, long neglected streets are being graded and improvements made in other directions. The marshal, particularly, is deserving of much credit for his painstaking efforts to keep the town clean. It must be admitted, however, that there is still here and there a sidewalk in need of repairs which ought to be looked after before winter sets in."	en_US
