dc.description.abstract"North Yakima is to have a combination mill that will employ in the neighborhood of 150 men. It will be known as the Cascade Lumber company and will manufacture lumber, shingles and fruit box material. The plant will be located on the Springvale dairy farm, which was purchased by the company for $14,000 and it is estimated that $75,000 will be required to erect the buildings, fit it with all necessary machinery and put it on a running basis."en_US
