dc.description.abstract"If it is not possible to give the Indians a day at the Fair, arrangements ought to be made to give them a festival some day soon after. This is a feature that the Indians will never fail to appreciate, and its influence is likely to bring them back again next year when they are wanted. No one can fail to observe that the natives are not coming to the hopfields in the numbers that they once did, which fact is liable to develop into a serious problem for our hopgrowers to solve."en_US
