dc.description.abstract"I accepted with gratitude your suggestion that I keep your ferry material until I could make full use of it though at the time I had no idea that it would be as late as this. I must explain to you that I live a sort of dual life. In the summer I am exceedingly busy housewife on a cattle ranch with an endless succession of cooking, canning gardening and entertaining and with a minimum of progress on my research. This year I crowded myself a bit too hard with an embarrassing case of nervous exhaustion as a result."en_US
