dc.description.abstract"Joe Riddle, an Indian, was arrested Thursday evening and put in the city bastile for being drunk. Next morning he development considerable symptoms of dementia, and it was thought for a time that inquiry would have to be made as to his mental condition. The wood alcohol now sold to Indians by boot-leggers will make short work of them."en_US
