dc.description.abstract	"Discussion was held on ways to acquire the $10,000 down payment on the wagon collection. Mr. Noel felt that our real desire was to purchase the collection, move it to Yakima and open it this summer. Mr. Noel stated that we should try and negotiate for a rental fee with the Elks, secure the temporary site and then purchase the wagon collection. He asked Mr. Smith to again serve with him in contacting the Elks and it was suggested that Mr. Applegate also assist."	en_US
