Abstract
"Prof. Heiney is greatly pleased with Yakima, and has about concluded to open his school here, commencing early in September. Should the patronage be up to his expectations, it is his intention to arrange for college buildings in the near future. Miss Lillian Sellars, an accomplished young lady from Iowa, will have charge of the music department. All of the common and higher branches of education will be taught."
