Abstract
"Mr. Ricker proposes to take pen and ink sketches of public buildings, business blocks and private residences from which cuts will be made. These will become the property of the individual upon payment of a moderate amount and the cuts will be utilized in a mammoth edition of the Herald, without further cost to the purchaser."
