Abstract
"Thank you for your letter of January 24th, calling our collection to the Wanapum Indians and their interests along the Columbia River in the vicinity of Priest Rapids Dam Site. Our plans regarding a dam at Priest Rapids are in the very early stages, and it is not yet certain that we will be able to build a dam at that site, or if we do, how extensive it will be. Various plans are under consideration."
