Abstract
Seven points of interest. "Agents to whom this circular is sent will make themselves familiar with its contents...each Superintendent who receives this circular letter will not only familiarize himself with its contents and carry its suggestions into execution, but will communicate its contents to each school employe under his direction, in order that there may be full understanding on the part of all engaged in Indian education as to the views and wishes of this office regarding Indian schools for the year to come."
