Issued under the auspices of Fort Simcoe at Mool-Mool Restoration Society, Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Yakima Indian Nation. Includes the program of events, including remarks by Congressmen and acceptance and dedication by the Governor of Washington State. Also included is the program for the play, "The Father Wilbur Story," about James H. Wilbur's time as Indian agent. See also EPM-065-07-012 for a script of the play.
