Abstract
Welcome by Richard Ostrander. First half of a talk by Merrilyn Ridgeway. Ridgeway was the program development specialist at the University of Arizona, Extended University. She also worked as the librarian for grants and service development at Phoenix Public Library. She wrote "Rural Arizona card with a charge: Planning handbook". In 2000 she won ALA's Distinguished Service Award.
