Abstract
Final half of a talk by Bill Ptacek. Ptacek worked at the Chicago Public Library System, as well as for libraries in Idaho and Tennessee. After 25 years as Director of Washington’s King County Library System, he went to Alberta, Canada, where he served as CEO of the growing Calgary Public Library. He was named Citizen of the Year at the 2018 Calgary Awards. First half of a talk by Mary Moore.
